Her role includes ensuring that the company is being operated on the predefined strategy alongside achieving its financial and strategic milestones. Academically she has completed her M.COM pursuant to which she went on to pursue her MBA in Marketing and Finance. With nearly 14 years of experience ranging from Education, Training, Research and Search services, Michelle has garnered expertise in various sectors which helps her execute her role at SearchLight HR. She has been the torch bearer and face of the company from its inception.She believes that Recruitments is all about Delivery and hence works closely with all clients to get the desired results.Task Oriented, Workaholic, aggressive pursuits to close mandates can best define her personality.
