We expect similar reciprocation from our clients and hence as a basic engagement structure, we do not work on mandates which are being worked by multiple agencies. SearchLight chooses to invest in mandates which are exclusively delivered by us. Since the basic framework operates on a success fee model we believe in working on mandates where the probability of closure is high.
SearchLight HR has a unique internal process where the mandates are allocated internal grading. This categorization is based on parameters of Urgency, Growth v/s Attrition position, seriousness of the client, timelines allocated, availability of our internal resources, interview process at clients end and a few other parameters, Based on the categorization we award it respective consultants who shall work on execution of these mandates as per committed timelines.

We work as an extended arm of the company's HR team and hence work towards equipping ourselves with key data points, business metrics and most of all knowledge of the business.
Our attitude towards our client reflects a supportive and partnering approach. This calls for SearchLight to understand the challenges that our client undergoes during the recruitment process. The Growing organization / SMB challenges are very different from the more settled counterparts which are larger entities. Our approach is to walk the journey with our clients and learn from them in the process and support them through the recruitment cycle.
SearchLight is a part of the organized sector recruitment industry and hence our price points reflect the confidence that our client enjoys with us. SearchLight chooses to not engage on normal prevailing 1 sided norm. Instead we have come up with unique industry practices which may perhaps set a trend change for the recruitment industry. Our typical Price point for engagement ranges between 12 % to 18% of the annual CTC. However should the client wish to check our credentials SearchLight is willing to work at a reduced fee for the first 3 mandates or 3 months whichever is earlier. At the end of the term, we believe that our clients are in a position to make a studied judgment of our capability and reward us with our normal price points. Our payout stems from achieving success in our mandates that are based on the principles of - Category definition (An internal process through which we define the category for our rightful allocation internally and Timely Delivery (Once we fundamentally connect with our client, we work towards practical timelines that can be achieved. Our endeavor is to constantly beat the best indexes in the market).
